The terse ruling by a three-judge panel says her bid for court intervention wasn’t timely, noting she had been subject to a final order of removal since 2014."
Ohio’s Republican governor John Kasich, who ran against Trump in the presidential primary, said, “We have enough broken families in the country, And now what we’re going to do is go hunt them down and ship them out and break up the family and scare the kids?
The state doesn’t have jurisdiction in the immigration matter. There’s nothing I can do about it. In case you didn’t know, I’m not president.”
